Hi, I’m Richard Ushaw. I am the Managing Director of Grace Foundation Solutions. I have over 25 years of experience in project management. I am qualified to lead the top foundation repairs and maintenance company in New Zealand. I am a passionate member of the Civil Contractors Association. I am a great communicator, fair, honest, and full of integrity. My experience in residential foundation repairs helps me lead a company focused on quality, satisfaction, and professionalism.

I started my apprenticeship after I finished school. I have worked with many kinds of foundations and big machines. I know the right tools to do the job well. I care about foundation repairs and maintenance for my clients. I take pride in our work and leave our sites cleaner than we found them. I enjoy long rides on my motorbike.

Hi, I’m Tom. I work as a Civil Works Technician for Grace. I have a lot of experience moving houses and repiling them. I have focused on fixing and maintaining foundations for the last four years. I am a family man with active, sporty kids. I support them by managing local sports teams. I enjoy spending time on my boat fishing with my family. I love a challenge and look forward to my future projects.

Hi, I’m Matthew, a Civil Works Technician at Grace. After finishing school, I began working in construction. I quickly found my interest in foundations. Since Grace focuses on foundation repairs and maintenance, the switch was easy for me. Like Adam, I also enjoy riding my road bike.
