Our 2-year workmanship warranty covers all labour and installation on your foundation or concrete repair project, subject to you following the preventative maintenance schedule we provide. If the work has problems, such as uneven surfaces or poor quality, we will return and fix it.
Why do you offer a 10 year extended warranty when council consent is required?
When council consent is part of your foundation repair, it often involves more complex and regulated work. That’s why we can offer a 10-year warranty. This keeps your home safe and meets Auckland Council and NZ Building Code rules.
What does Geofix resin's 50-year B2 durability mean?
Geofix resin has an expected Building Code clause B2 durability of 50 years when correctly applied. This is not a 50-year warranty. We also offer a 24-month workmanship warranty. If the ground movement problem comes back during that time, we will come back to fix it.
What does your drainage works warranty include?
