Foundation concerns?
Get clear answers before they cost you thousands.
A general building report
may not go far enough.
Building inspectors flag visible issues. We diagnose the structural cause, urgency, repair pathway and cost, so you can decide with confidence.
Think of a building inspector as a GP; when they refer you to a specialist, that’s us.

Our Free Foundation Evaluation is a verbal assessment backed up with a fixed quote for owners who want to understand the condition of their home. The Foundation Report differs in that it is a written, floor-levelled, risk-graded report intended to be relied on by others. That requires formal onsite survey work, defensible methodology, and a documented record we stand behind.
If you own your home, the property isn’t on the market, and you’re not dealing with insurance, an agent, a lawyer or a LIM flag, the Free Evaluation may suit you. It runs in two steps, so we don’t waste your time:
Step one – Complete our contact form, upload a few photos, and provide a short description of what you’re seeing. We’ll check to see if we can help.
Step two – If we can, we’ll arrange a site visit at no charge. We’ll walk the property with you, share our verbal opinion on the day, then provide a fixed quote for any repair work.

Questions we hear
most often.
A building inspection is useful for assessing the general condition of the property. A Foundation Report is for situations where cracks, uneven floors, subsidence, drainage issues, settlement, or foundation movement could affect value, safety, repair costs, or a purchase decision.
Yes. The Foundation Report is designed to help buyers, sellers, and agents understand the likely seriousness, repair pathway and financial exposure before negotiations are finalised.
No. This is a specialist foundation and remediation report. If structural engineering, geotechnical investigation or consent documentation is required, we will identify that as part of the recommended next steps.
Floor levels are included in The Foundation Report. They are not included in the Free Foundation Evaluation unless separately agreed.
Yes. If repairs are required, Grace can prepare a remediation scope, provide pricing and complete the works where suitable.
Standard turnaround is 5 working days. Priority options are available subject to scheduling and property access.
The report will identify whether monitoring, drainage maintenance or lower-cost risk reduction may be suitable instead of major structural repair.
